Frequently Asked Questions

  • I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel deeply respected and truly understood. I believe that healing and growth happen in the context of a safe relationship—one where you can access the more vulnerable parts of yourself without fear of judgment. Together, we'll explore those inner experiences to help foster insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

  • My approach is integrative—I draw from several evidence-based frameworks depending on your unique needs, which I assess over our first few sessions. I often incorporate techniques from multiple therapeutic modalities to ensure our work feels relevant, supportive, and effective for you. This personalized approach allows us to adapt therapy to what works best for you at each stage of your journey. To learn more about the specific modalities I use, visit the About section

  • Fees are discussed at the time of the appointment request, as they may vary depending on the type of therapy you’re seeking. If finances are a concern, I offer a limited number of reduced-fee sessions based on availability. I’m committed to working collaboratively to find a plan that supports your access to care.

  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. However, many of my clients have out-of-network benefits that they use to receive partial reimbursement for our sessions.

If you're interested in using your out-of-network coverage, I'm happy to guide you through the process—step by step. I can help you determine whether you have these benefits and how to submit claims to your insurance provider, so you can make the most of your coverage.
